This policy explains what information Clasplight ("we", "us") collects through clasplight.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we receive the details you enter:

• your name and work email
• your company website and team size
• anything you write in the message field

We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request, prepare the outbound plan you asked for and keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to newsletters or mailing lists.

Who processes it for us

• Web3Forms receives the form and forwards it to our inbox.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and, like any host, processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
• Google (Gmail) stores the emails we receive and send.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we're in contact about a possible project, and for up to 24 months after our last conversation. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the rights given to you by the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
