Build a lead generation team that books meetings.
A hands-on program for B2B companies that want outbound in-house. We train your SDR, or your whole team, on your market, your tools and real campaigns. When we finish, the system is yours.
For companies that want outbound to live inside the team.
You're hiring your first SDR
A new hire needs months to find their feet. We give them a working system from day one, so the ramp is shorter and you know what good looks like.
Your lead gen isn't paying off
People are sending, but replies and meetings are thin. We find where the funnel leaks and retrain the team on the parts that matter.
You're building a whole department
Hiring, KPIs, onboarding and the weekly rhythm. We help the team lead set up a department that keeps working after we leave.
Fifteen modules, from the first list to a running department.
We shape the program around your channels and your team. Email and cold calling are optional modules, and the team lead module is for whoever will run the department.

Certification and handover
Each person is certified, and you keep the playbook, templates, CRM setup and dashboard.
A few things that make the training stick.
Your market, not slides
Examples, lists and messages are built for your buyers, so the work done in training is work you can use.
Your tools
We teach on the CRM and sending tools you already have. Tool names in the program are examples, not requirements.
From people who do the work
We work in outbound every day. The program is our working system, written down and taught step by step.
Private by default
A closed program for one company. Your data, lists and messages stay with you.
Questions about the training
Is it only for IT services companies?
No. Our LinkedIn campaigns focus on IT services, but the training works for any B2B company that sells through outbound.
Who should take part?
The people who will do the outreach, and ideally the person who will lead them. If you're hiring your first SDR, the founder or head of sales joins the first sessions.
You don't do cold email. Why is it in the training?
Our own campaigns run on LinkedIn only. Your team may also use email or calls, so the training covers them as optional modules.
How long does it take?
It depends on how many modules you need and the size of the team. We agree on the schedule after the intro call.
What do we keep after the training?
Your playbook, message templates, CRM structure and rules, a test log and a dashboard. Everything is built for your company and stays with you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the modules, channels and number of people. Tell us about your team and we'll send a proposal after a short call.
Tell us about your team.
